About the Role

We are looking for a young, creative and energetic Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive who can take responsibility for our company's digital presence and visual content.

This is a hands-on role combining social media management, graphic designing, content creation and digital lead generation.

The ideal candidate should be creative, comfortable with social media, have a good eye for design, and be willing to learn about our products and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage and regularly update our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp Business presence.

• Plan and publish regular posts, stories, reels and other engaging content.

• Create a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.

• Help increase followers, engagement and overall brand visibility.

• Generate relevant B2B enquiries and leads through social media and digital channels.

• Assist in running and monitoring Facebook/Instagram and other digital advertising campaigns.

• Track basic performance such as reach, engagement, followers, enquiries and leads.

Graphic Designing & Content Creation

• Design professional and attractive:

  • Social media posts

  • Product creatives

  • Posters and banners

  • Product catalogues

  • Brochures

  • Flyers

  • WhatsApp marketing creatives

  • Exhibition and promotional material

• Create/edit short-form videos and Instagram/Facebook Reels.

• Take basic product photographs/videos when required and convert them into professional marketing content.

• Maintain consistency in the company's branding, colours and overall visual presentation.

Website & Product Updates

• Regularly update product photographs, descriptions and other content on the company's website and online platforms.

• Help maintain and improve the company's presence on Google and other relevant digital platforms.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to understand new products and create appropriate marketing material.

E-commerce & B2B Platforms

Knowledge or previous experience with platforms such as IndiaMART, eBay, Amazon, Alibaba or other B2B/e-commerce marketplaces will be considered an advantage.

The candidate may assist in:

• Product listing

• Updating photographs and descriptions

• Improving presentation of listings

• Managing basic enquiries

• Keeping online product information updated

Skills We Are Looking For

• Good knowledge of Canva is essential.

• Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator / CorelDRAW will be an advantage.

• Basic video editing skills for reels and short videos.

• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube professionally.

• Good understanding of social media trends.

• Creative mindset with a good sense of design, typography and presentation.

• Basic written English.

• Ability to independently research ideas and create content.

• Comfortable working with AI-based tools such as ChatGPT and other modern content/design tools.

• Basic knowledge of digital advertising and lead generation is an advantage.

What Success Looks Like

The person joining us should gradually take ownership of the complete digital presentation of Blackbird Spares — from how our products look on Instagram and WhatsApp to our catalogues, videos, website content and online marketplace listings.

The objective is not simply to increase followers. We want our digital presence to build the Blackbird brand and generate genuine business enquiries from India and international markets.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off
