About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.

The candidate will independently manage digital marketing activities and client campaigns with a focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Major Responsibilities

🔹 Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, creatives, and campaign performance

• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, ROAS, and ROI

🔹 Performance Marketing

• Develop and execute result-oriented performance marketing strategies

• Manage lead generation, remarketing, retargeting, and conversion campaigns

• Analyze campaign data and continuously improve performance

🔹 SEO & SMM

• Manage on-page/off-page SEO and keyword research

• Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars

• Monitor traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions

🔹 Client & Campaign Management

• Manage multiple client accounts independently

• Understand client goals and execute suitable digital strategies

• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights

🔹 Content & Creatives

• Plan digital content and campaign messaging

• Create/coordinate social media posts, ad creatives, and banners

• Use Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator for basic creative requirements

Key Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads

• Good understanding of Performance Marketing

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM & Social Media Marketing

• Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS & ROI

• Google Analytics & Search Console

• Good communication, analytical & creative skills

• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns

Requirements

• 6 Months – 1 Year Digital Marketing experience

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads preferred

• Performance marketing knowledge is a strong advantage

• Immediate joiners preferred
