Vignesh Industries Pvt. Ltd., based in Tambaram, Chennai, is a leading manufacturer of prefabricated structures, portable cabins, UPVC doors & windows, and trading solutions.

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of our online presence. This role offers a highly rewarding opportunity to drive and scale high-ticket lead generation within the B2B manufacturing and industrial sector.

Mandatory Core Skills

Google Search Ads: End-to-end campaign creation, bid optimization, and search lead generation.

WordPress Management: Full website management, high-converting landing page builds, and basic troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads: Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search Campaigns to generate quality, high-ticket leads. Monitor CPL, CTR, and overall ROI.

WordPress & Web Management: Handle end-to-end website operations, build campaign-specific landing pages, and ensure top-tier performance and user experience.

Lead Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 to track conversions, events, and user behavior accurately.

Basic SEO: Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, keywords, content optimization) and monitor page speed.

Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our organic presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

Copywriting: Craft high-converting ad copy for Google Ads and engaging content for landing pages.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot basic WordPress issues, plugins, and form integrations.

Requirements & Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Strictly must be an Immediate Joiner.

Strong, proven expertise in Google Ads (1+ year required) and WordPress (1+ year required).

Experience using SEMrush (or similar SEO tools), GA4, and GTM.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Fluency in Tamil and English (Required).

Must be able to work on-site in Tambaram, Chennai.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience in B2B lead generation, specifically in the Manufacturing/Industrial sector.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Familiarity with CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month (Based on experience)

Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) and Cell Phone Reimbursement
