Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Senior Digital Marketing Executive to design, execute, and optimise digital strategies aimed at attracting international buyers and Indian exporters. The role includes managing LinkedIn marketing, content creation, SEO, email nurturing, and performance analytics. You will also collaborate closely with the Business Development team to convert qualified leads into active projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute social media outreach campaigns targeting specific geographies and buyer personas.
Manage organic and paid campaigns (initial focus on organic), maintain content calendars, and publish high-quality B2B content such as case studies, articles, and buyer guides.
Create lead magnets (e.g., industry reports), landing pages, and automated email nurturing sequences.
Optimize the company website and career page for SEO and effective lead capture.
Manage CRM processes including lead import, tagging, tracking, and smooth handover to the Business Development team.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly lead and analytics dashboards, and implement improvements for better ROI.
Create professional visuals for proposals, LinkedIn posts, and short trust-building videos (30–90 seconds).
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on B2B digital marketing experience (LinkedIn + content + lead generation).
Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create technical B2B content for international audiences.
Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Mailer/Zoho Campaigns, Google Ads, Canva, and video-editing tools.
