Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Marketing: Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, including content planning, posting, reels, stories, and audience engagement.

• Meta Ads: Assist in creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to drive website traffic, leads, and online sales.

• Performance Marketing: Monitor advertising performance, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and customer acquisition cost.

• Content Planning: Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to create engaging saree product content, promotional creatives, and reels.

• Influencer Marketing: Identify and coordinate with fashion influencers, saree creators, and micro-influencers for collaborations.

• Website & E-commerce Support: Assist with product launches, offers, banners, product descriptions, and promotional campaigns on the website.

• SEO & Content Marketing: Support basic keyword research, product page optimization, and website content improvements.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign results, website traffic, sales, and social media engagement using tools such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

• Campaign Execution: Help plan and execute festive campaigns for Diwali, wedding season, Navratri, and other Indian festive occasions.

• Competitor Research: Monitor competitors, market trends, customer preferences, and new digital marketing opportunities in the saree and ethnic wear industry.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager.

• Basic understanding of online advertising and e-commerce sales.

• Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or similar tools is an advantage.

• Good communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work in a fast-paced D2C environment.

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
