Roles & Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

· Manage the company's social media accounts by creating engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.

· Develop content calendars and write creative captions and promotional content.

· Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize them for maximum ROI and lead generation.

· Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.

· Improve website visibility through SEO and coordinate content updates.

· Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to engage customers.

· Coordinate with the design and content teams to create high-quality marketing creatives.

· Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to improve marketing strategies.

· Generate performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements to increase sales and brand awareness.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.

· Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.

· Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress/Shopify.

· Strong content writing and communication skills.

· Creative thinking with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
