Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, result-oriented and hands-on Digital Marketing professional to build and grow the company's online presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing digital marketing strategies, generating leads, managing social media, running campaigns and improving brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with start-up business goals.

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant social media platforms.

• Create and manage social media content, posts, reels, videos and campaigns.

• Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.

• Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO and off-page activities.

• Coordinate website content, landing pages and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance and lead conversions.

• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite and other marketing tools.

• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports.

• Conduct competitor and market research.

• Work closely with the sales/business development team to improve lead conversion.

• Experiment with new digital channels, content formats and growth strategies.

• Manage digital marketing agencies/freelancers/vendors, wherever required.

• Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

• Explore and implement AI tools for content creation, marketing automation, research and productivity.
