We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing & Inquiry Management Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this dual role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Additionally, you will play a critical role in managing, tracking, and nurturing incoming customer inquiries to ensure high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing (60%)

• Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage daily content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase engagement.

• Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate high-quality leads.

• SEO & Content: Optimize website content and blog posts for basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve organic visibility.

• Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.

2. Inquiry Tracking & Lead Management (40%)

• Inquiry Monitoring: Efficiently track and log all incoming inquiries from digital channels (website forms, social media DMs, WhatsApp, and Google My Business).

• CRM Management: Maintain and update the internal database or CRM software with accurate lead details and interaction history.

• Follow-ups: Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure timely follow-ups on all hot and warm inquiries.

• Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly inquiry tracking sheets to analyze lead quality, source attribution, and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.

• Tools Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets (for inquiry tracking). Experience with CRM software (like HubSpot, Zoho, or Bitrix24) is a big plus.

• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (essential for local Ahmedabad inquiry handling).

• Organizational Skills: Highly organized with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage data without errors.
