Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating student leads, increasing brand awareness, and improving online conversions through multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.

- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.

- Generate high-quality student leads at an optimal cost.

- Manage SEO and improve website rankings.

- Plan and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

- Create and manage social media content calendars.

- Coordinate with designers and content creators for marketing materials.

- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

- Optimize landing pages and lead conversion rates.

- Manage the company's online reputation and reviews.

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

- Strong understanding of lead generation and marketing funnels.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.

- Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Student lead generation.

- Cost per Lead (CPL).

- Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.

- Website traffic growth.

- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

- Social media engagement and follower growth.

- Monthly admission targets.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.

Salary

₹6–12 LPA (based on experience) + Performance Incentives.
