Manage and optimize our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content that resonates with local homebuyers and sellers. 3. Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve our website's ranking for relevant real estate search terms. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure marketing efforts support their goals. 5. Analyse website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools.. 6. Generate reports and identify areas for improvement to optimize our digital marketing strategy.. 7. Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. 8. Ready to handle various real estate portals like Magic Bricks, 99acres, and Housing 9. Making posts in Canva, in the form of single image, carousal, videos, stories etc. 10. Managing G Drive folders, Govt Registered property portals site to find govt records related to properties
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success. 2. Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices. 3. Experience with social media marketing platforms and content creation.. 4. Experience with WordPress website management is a plus. 5. Prior experience in the real estate industry is a highly desirable asset.. 6. Excellent communication, written and verbal skills. 7.
