Digital Marketing Executive (Experienced)

CTC: ₹2,40,000 – ₹4,80,000 per annum (Based on experience and performance)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate must be capable of generating quality leads, improving online visibility, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).

• Develop and implement SEO strategies (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

• Improve website rankings and increase organic traffic using SEO best practices.

• Track and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Plan and manage social media marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Create and manage content calendars in coordination with designers and content writers.

• Execute email marketing, remarketing, and lead nurturing campaigns.

• Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates through A/B testing.

• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.

• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and search engine algorithm updates.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Good knowledge of Google Ads and campaign optimization.

• Excellent understanding of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Business Profile.

• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels.

• Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and achieve performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification will be an added advantage.

• Experience working with a CA Firm, Tax Consultancy, Company Incorporation, Legal, Finance, or Professional Services organization will be preferred.
