We are seeking a brand manager who is a startup enthusiast and a risk-taker, ready to drive the creative and strategic direction of Lilypad. You will play a pivotal role in designing and executing brand strategies, spearheading marketing experiments, and managing a team of marketing specialists. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of an innovative electric vehicle (EV) marketplace and help shape the future of sustainable transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
-Brand Strategy & Experimentation:
Develop and implement innovative branding strategies that align with Client's vision and goals.
Identify and execute creative experiments to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
-Social Media Management:
Manage and grow Client’s social media accounts across various platforms.
Create and execute a content calendar with engaging posts, campaigns, and initiatives.
-Team Leadership:
Lead and collaborate with a team of marketing specialists, including performance marketers, SEO experts, designers, and video editors.
Ensure alignment and coordination across all team efforts to drive measurable outcomes.
-Omnichannel Marketing:
Oversee and optimize marketing efforts across channels such as social media, email, digital ads, and offline initiatives.
Drive awareness, leads, and sales through targeted campaigns and promotions.
-Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze the success of marketing campaigns.
Adjust strategies based on insights to maximize ROI and brand impact.
