We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns focused on lead generation for real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels
Generate high-quality leads for real estate projects through paid and organic strategies
Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns to achieve CPL (Cost Per Lead) targets
Create and manage landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign strategies
Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure proper lead tracking and conversion
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility
Manage CRM tools for lead tracking and reporting
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate advertising
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality
