Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing & E-commerce Executive to manage and grow Jyothi Textiles' online presence. The candidate will be responsible for handling social media platforms, maintaining and updating the company website, managing online product listings and stock availability, preparing sales reports, coordinating digital campaigns, and monitoring customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant channels.

• Create and publish engaging content related to new arrivals, products, offers, discounts, festive collections and store updates.

• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring that product information, images, prices and offers are updated regularly.

• Add new products to the website and ensure that product descriptions, categories, sizes, colours and other relevant details are accurate.

• Monitor online stock availability and coordinate with the store/inventory team for stock updates.

• Immediately update the website whenever a product or particular size/colour is sold out or unavailable, to avoid customers placing orders for unavailable products.

• Remove or deactivate sold-out products from online listings whenever required.

• Maintain accurate online product and inventory records.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and provide insights on online sales performance.

• Track product-wise sales, best-selling products, slow-moving products and online customer demand.

• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns for festivals, special occasions, new collections, sales and promotional offers.

• Coordinate with the creative/content team for product photos, videos, reels, banners and promotional creatives.

• Monitor customer comments, reviews, enquiries and feedback received through social media and online platforms.

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and coordinate with the concerned team for order/product-related queries.

• Monitor competitors, market trends and social media trends to identify opportunities for improving online sales.

• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on reach, engagement, enquiries, conversions and sales.

• Ensure that all online information reflects the latest products, offers and stock status of the store.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.

• Basic knowledge of website/content management and e-commerce platforms.

• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining stock and preparing sales reports.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic understanding of digital marketing, online campaigns and social media analytics.

• Good content-writing and creative thinking skills.

• Ability to coordinate with sales, inventory and management teams.

• Strong attention to detail, especially while updating product information, pricing and stock availability.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
