Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing efforts for Soil2Wellness, an organic food & sustainable agriculture startup. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who want hands-on exposure in building a consumer brand from scratch.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Channel, and LinkedIn

• Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and captions

• Support content planning & monthly content calendar

• Write engaging copy for posts, offers, festivals & campaigns

• Coordinate with design team / use Canva for basic creatives

• Respond to comments, messages, and basic customer queries

• Track post performance (reach, engagement, followers)

• Support app download campaigns & referral promotions

• Assist in influencer & community outreach (RWAs, groups, doctors, etc.)

• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest new ideas

🧠 Skills Required

• Basic understanding of social media platforms

• Good written communication (English / Hindi)

• Creativity and willingness to learn

• Familiarity with Canva, Instagram Reels, Facebook Pages

• Basic knowledge of hashtags, captions & engagement

• Self-driven and disciplined

(Advanced tools are a plus but not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
