Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn).

• Develop monthly content calendars and manage consistent posting schedules.

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) for lead generation.

• Track and analyze campaign performance — impressions, engagement, leads, ROI — and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Improve website visibility through SEO, local SEO (Google My Business), and keyword optimization.

• Implement strategies to grow followers, engagement rate, and reach organically.

• Identify current real estate marketing trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to align campaigns with property listings, promotions, and seasonal demand.

• Manage and respond to social media queries, DMs, and comments to maintain active engagement.

• Build partnerships and collaborations with influencers or local pages to increase reach.

• Coordinate photography and videography for properties and team activities when required.

Graphic Design & Visual Content

• Design marketing creatives for social media posts, stories, banners, and ads in line with brand identity.

• Create property showcase visuals, infographics, and before-after project designs.

• Develop brochures, flyers, pitch decks, and digital advertisements for various campaigns.

• Design branding materials — hoardings, visiting cards, signage, and internal branding content.

Required Skill

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business.

• Proficiency in design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma or similar is a plus).

• Basic video editing and reel creation skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN).

• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and algorithm-based content reach strategies.

• Good communication skills with attention to detail and timelines.

• Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
