Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central account.
Create, update and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images).
Monitor inventory, pricing and stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.
Run and manage Amazon ads (Sponsored Products / Sponsored Brands) – basic campaign creation, monitoring and optimisation.
Handle order processing, returns, replacements and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Track and improve product ratings & reviews; coordinate with internal team to resolve quality issues.
Analyse sales reports, ads performance, keyword data and prepare weekly / monthly reports for management.
Set up and manage deals, coupons, promotions and discounts as per marketing calendar.
Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for on-time order fulfilment.
Keep updated with Amazon policies, marketplace trends and competitors’ activities and suggest growth ideas.
