Job Title: E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile and highly motivated E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to take ownership of our online sales channels. In this hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our Shopify store, responsible for everything from capturing high-quality product visuals to managing backend operations, optimizing for search engines, and running profitable ad campaigns. If you have a sharp eye for photography (especially for garments, textiles, or physical goods) and a strategic mind for digital growth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify Backend & Store Management

• Take full ownership of the Shopify backend, including adding new products, updating inventory, managing variants, and organizing collections.
• Process and monitor e-commerce orders, ensuring smooth fulfillment and excellent customer experience.
• Monitor site performance, update themes as needed, and integrate necessary Shopify apps to enhance storefront functionality and sales conversions.

2. Product Photography & Visual Conten

• Plan and execute in-house product photo shoots, ensuring all items are represented accurately and attractively
• Edit, retouch, and color-correct photos using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom to meet brand standards
• Format, resize, and directly upload visual assets to the Shopify store, ensuring fast page load speeds

3. Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Develop, launch, and manage targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, allocate budgets effectively, and A/B test ad creatives to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Create compelling promotional offers and ad copy to drive traffic and boost sales conversions.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies for all Shopify product pages, collections, and blog posts.
• Optimize product titles, meta descriptions, image alt-text, and URLs to improve organic search rankings.
• Track website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics to identify areas for growth and improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in e-commerce management (specifically Shopify) and digital marketing.
• Photography Skills: Hands-on experience with product photography, lighting setups, and post-production editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva).
• Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in running and scaling paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush).
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
