About the Role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in running high-quality lead generation campaigns for the Real Estate sector. The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads, focused on driving qualified site visits and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

• Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to improve conversion rates.

• Manage and monitor ad spends, ensuring maximum ROI & CPL targets.

• Generate regular performance reports using Google Analytics, Ads Manager & CRM tools. Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of Performance Marketing experience (Real Estate industry preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, and CRM tools.

• Proven track record in lead generation campaigns for high-ticket industries.

• Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

• Based in Bangalore and open to working on-site.

• Good to Have: Knowledge of SEO & organic marketing strategies.

• Experience with automation & lead nurturing tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.).

• Understanding of the real estate buyer journey.
