We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's digital presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, generating quality leads, and executing digital marketing strategies that drive business growth. The candidate should have hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, paid advertising, SEO, and performance analytics, along with a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibility
Social Media Management
• Manage and maintain all company social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish high-quality content consistently.
• Ensure all social media pages remain active, professional, and aligned with the company's branding.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Content Creation & Branding
• Develop creative content including posts, reels, videos, stories, banners, and promotional campaigns.
• Write compelling captions, blogs, and marketing copy that increase engagement.
• Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and generate quality leads.
• Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search rankings.
• Execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns where required.
• Identify new digital channels and opportunities for business growth.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
• Track social media performance, campaign results, and website traffic using analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Monitor engagement metrics, audience growth, reach, impressions, and lead conversions.
• Recommend improvements based on campaign performance and market trends. Market Research
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities.
• Research industry trends to identify new opportunities for increasing engagement and brand awareness.
• Suggest innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to improve the company's online presence.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies. • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
• Knowledge of content marketing, social media marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar design and video editing tools.
• Basic understanding of website management and WordPress is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, SEO, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role.
• Freshers with an excellent portfolio, relevant certifications, and practical digital marketing skills may also apply.
