We are looking for a smart, creative, and performance-driven digital marketing executive who can help us generate quality leads, improve brand visibility, and scale our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads

• Generate high-quality real estate leads through paid marketing campaigns

• Create engaging ad copies, captions, creatives, and marketing content

• Coordinate with designers/video editors for reels, ads, and promotional material

• Manage and grow company social media pages

• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports

• Improve lead conversion through remarketing and audience targeting strategies

• Manage landing pages, lead forms, and CRM integrations

• Stay updated with latest trends in real estate marketing and digital advertising

• Assist in branding and online reputation management

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Understanding of lead generation campaigns

• Knowledge of Canva, social media content creation, and marketing tools

• Good communication and creative thinking skills

• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance

• Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing

• Experience in real estate marketing preferred
