We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Raftaar Group to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹35000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.

• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.

Digital Campaigns & Lead Generation• Plan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads) to generate leads forongoing projects such as Raftar City, Raftar Serene City and Raftar Sai Green City.• Track, qualify and route leads to the sales team, and report on cost-per-lead and conversion metrics.• Manage property listings on real estate portals to drive additional online enquiries.Social Media & Content Management• Manage and grow Raftar Group's presence across Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms.• Plan and publish regular content — project updates, site progress, amenities, offers and investment plans— to engage prospective buyers and investors.• Create and coordinate visual content (photos, videos, brochures) showcasing residential plots,farmhouses and luxury facilities across Raftar Group projects.Website & SEO• Maintain and update project information on the company website (raftarworld.com).• Work on on-page and off-page SEO to improve visibility for Raftar Group's projects and keep the siteranking for relevant Lucknow real estate searches.• Monitor website traffic and enquiry form submissions, and report on performance regularly.Branding & Coordination• Support the marketing team in promoting new project launches (e.g. plotting schemes, gatedcommunities) across digital channels.• Coordinate with the sales and site teams to ensure marketing messaging reflects accurate project details,pricing and availability.• Maintain brand consistency across all Raftar Group digital assets and communications.
