Job Overview:
Smartbiz by Amazon is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost conversions for Amazon product listings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
Create targeted ad sets focused on product visibility, lead generation, and sales conversion for Amazon listings.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placement strategies.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
Maintain alignment with Amazon Smartbiz promotional strategies and ensure campaigns are optimized accordingly.
Conduct keyword research and audience analysis to enhance campaign targeting.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and Amazon algorithm changes.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience running ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Familiarity with Amazon Smartbiz platform and knowledge of advertising strategies tailored for Amazon sellers.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel tracking, and ad reporting dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (preferred but not required).
Experience with e-commerce or product-based campaigns.
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and its ad options.
