We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at PROPOINT MANPOWER SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹60,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms.

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging reels, videos, posts and campaign content.

• Handle video editing, basic graphic design, content creation and creative execution.

• Develop and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid campaigns to generate quality leads.

• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, retargeting, A/B testing and performance optimization.

• Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, conversions and campaign quality.

Develop digital campaigns for club memberships, real estate projects, events and launches.

• Track and analyse CPL, leads, conversions, engagement and overall campaign ROI.

Stay updated with digital trends, social media formats and new marketing opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with real estate, hospitality, clubhouse or lifestyle brands.

• Strong experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media and lead generation.

• Good skills in video editing, reels, content creation and basic graphic designing.

• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar editing platforms.

• Ability to independently manage campaigns from concept to execution and reporting.

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 4 - 5 years of experience.
