Job Description

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute online marketing strategies focused on lead generation for legal services. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, which are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns (Mandatory)

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) (Mandatory)

• Generate quality leads for legal services (civil, criminal, corporate, family law, etc.)

• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing

• Monitor daily ad spend, performance metrics, and ROI

• Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for landing pages and creatives

• Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads (Mandatory)

• Knowledge of lead generation strategies

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager

• Basic understanding of SEO & content marketing (added advantage)

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with minimal supervision

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing

• Experience in legal, real estate, or service-based industry is a plus
