Coordinate with account managers of marketplaces for promotions and campaigns.
Digital Marketing
Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms.
Manage social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns to increase ROAS and conversions.
Monitor and improve website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Support email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and remarketing activities.
Create marketing calendars and coordinate promotional campaigns.
Content & Branding
Coordinate product photoshoots, creatives, banners, and video content.
Work with designers and content teams for social media and marketplace creatives.
Support brand launches and new product launches online.
Maintain consistency in brand communication across platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and campaign reports.
Analyze ad performance, marketplace trends, and competitor activities.
Track KPIs including sales growth, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition.
Required Skills
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.
Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Good understanding of digital marketing and online sales.
Knowledge of SEO, product listings, and marketplace optimization.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
Experience in marketplace management and performance marketing preferred.
