Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist & Video Editor who can independently manage and execute digital marketing activities, create engaging video content, and handle day-to-day computer and software-related tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, content creation, video editing, graphic designing, online advertising, and digital platforms, along with strong computer skills.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for PARTH IAS ACADEMY.

- Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Business Profile.

- Plan and publish regular posts, reels, stories, videos, educational content, and promotional campaigns.

- Run and monitor Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant online advertising campaigns.

- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.

- Develop strategies to increase the academy's online visibility, student enquiries, and admissions.

- Conduct basic competitor and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.

- Maintain consistency in the academy's branding and online communication.

Video Editing & Content Creation

- Edit educational videos, lectures, reels, shorts, promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, and event videos.

- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.

- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, music, logos, and other relevant elements to videos.

- Create thumbnails and other visual creatives for YouTube and social media.

- Assist faculty members in converting educational content into engaging digital formats.

- Ensure videos are professionally edited and optimized for different social media platforms.

Graphic Design

- Design social media posts, banners, posters, advertisements, announcements, thumbnails, and other promotional creatives.

- Maintain consistent fonts, colors, logos, and visual identity of PARTH IAS ACADEMY.

- Use tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or other relevant design software effectively.

Computer & Software Skills

- Handle day-to-day computer-related work efficiently.

- Have strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Google Drive, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, email, file management, and internet-based applications.

- Manage and organize digital files, photographs, videos, documents, and other academy resources.

- Be comfortable learning and using new software, AI tools, and digital platforms.

- Troubleshoot basic software, connectivity, file-format, and computer-related issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

- Good video editing skills.

- Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.

- Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, CapCut, or similar tools.

- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager and preferably Google Ads.

- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

- Good communication and content-writing skills.

- Ability to create attractive and engaging digital content.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Applications, Marketing, Media, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

- Experience working with an educational institute, coaching academy, ed-tech company, or similar organization will be an advantage.

- Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns, videos, reels, or digital creatives will be preferred.

- Quality and turnaround time of video editing and creative work.

- Overall improvement in PARTH IAS ACADEMY's digital presence.

Salary

₹[8000-12000] per month, depending on skills, experience, and overall suitability.
