We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.

• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.

• Implement tracking pixels, conversion events, and attribution models for accurate campaign measurement.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, wellness, D2C, or e-commerce.

• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Search Console, and Looker Studio.

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and remarketing strategies.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
