About Vivie Glow

Vivie Glow is a premium Permanent Makeup (PMU) and Aesthetic brand offering world-class PMU products, professional training, and advanced beauty solutions. We are looking for a creative, passionate, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to grow our digital presence and build our brand across India.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Vivie Glow's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars.

• Design engaging Instagram posts, carousel posts, reels, stories, reel covers, banners, brochures, and promotional creatives.

• Edit high-quality videos for social media, advertisements, workshops, and product promotions.

• Create branding materials for product launches, training programs, workshops, and events.

• Plan and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads.

• Generate admissions for PMU training programs and inquiries for products through digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage website content, blogs, landing pages, and SEO activities.

• Execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

• Coordinate with trainers, sales, and business development teams for campaigns, launches, and exhibitions.

• Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and prepare monthly marketing reports.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, beauty industry trends, AI marketing tools, and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and lead generation.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar creative tools.

• Experience in video shooting and editing for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Good understanding of branding, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.

• Excellent communication and content writing skills.

• Experience in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, PMU, salon, or aesthetics industry will be preferred.
