Key Responsibilities :

• Handle the company's social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
• Conceptualize and create visually stunning marketing campaigns, with a focus on storytelling and impactful designs using tools like Figma.
• Develop and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements.
• Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), analyzing performance to maximize ROI.
• Boost social media engagement through innovative content and marketing strategies, ensuring consistent growth and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the creative, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
• Stay updated with emerging marketing trends and tools to enhance MapleCloud’s digital presence.
• Plan and execute result-driven marketing strategies, utilizing data insights for continuous campaign improvement.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations, reports, and insights on campaign performance.

Qualifications :
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in social media management and video production/editing.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), and other video editing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing narratives.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms and boosting techniques across social media.
• Ability to think strategically and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using analytics tools to measure campaign success.

Nice to Have :
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and viral content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
