Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Content Creator & Brand Operations Executive to join our team at DIPME & MJ to create engaging content and support daily brand execution. This role is ideal for young, passionate, and hungry individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and build strong creative skills in a startup environment.

The responsibility includes content creation, reel editing, social media management, influencer coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot product photos and videos for social media using a smartphone

• Create and edit reels, posts, and stories aligned with brand positioning

• Manage posting schedules, captions, and engagement

• Research trends and develop creative content ideas

• Coordinate with influencers and assist in collaborations

• Maintain Excel trackers for planning and coordination

• Support shoot preparation and daily brand execution activities

• Assist in follow-ups, coordination, and basic operational tasks

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Any Graduate / Student / Fresher with basic skills. Knowledge of reel editing tools, Canva, basic photography, and social media trends is preferred.
