3. Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

· Plan, launch, and optimise lead-generation campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other approved platforms.

· Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, keywords, creatives, budgets, bidding, retargeting, and conversion tracking.

· Monitor cost per lead, conversion rate, ROAS, lead quality, and campaign profitability; recommend corrective action quickly.

SEO, Website & Landing Pages

· Conduct keyword research and support on-page SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile, internal linking, and content optimisation.

· Coordinate creation and improvement of landing pages, forms, thank-you pages, tracking links, and conversion-focused calls to action.

· Work with developers or no-code tools to ensure mobile responsiveness, page speed, analytics, and accurate lead capture.

Content & Social Media

· Create and maintain monthly content calendars for products, services, courses, offers, events, and thought-leadership campaigns.

· Write or coordinate social posts, short-form video scripts, ad copy, email copy, blog briefs, WhatsApp campaigns, and case studies.

· Ensure content follows brand guidelines, is factually correct, and includes clear conversion objectives.

Marketing Automation & CRM

· Ensure every digital enquiry is captured in the CRM with correct source, campaign, UTM, and lead-stage information.

· Coordinate automated WhatsApp, email, SMS, reminder, and follow-up journeys using approved CRM and automation tools.

· Work with sales teams to improve lead handover, response time, follow-up visibility, and marketing-to-sales conversion.

Analytics & Reporting

· Use GA4, Google Search Console, ad-platform reports, CRM reports, and spreadsheets to measure campaign performance.

· Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards covering spend, reach, clicks, leads, CPL, conversions, revenue attribution, and next actions.

· Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, copy, landing pages, and offers; document learnings and scale winning campaigns.
