Scale Paid Acquisition: Execute and optimize high-budget paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to hit aggressive CAC and ROAS targets.
Data-Driven Optimization: Constantly track campaign performance, identify bottlenecks, and reallocate budgets to the highest-performing channels.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and engaging social media content.
SEO & Organic Growth: Conduct deep-dive keyword research and technical audits to improve organic rankings and drive non-paid traffic.
Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports that go beyond surface-level metrics to show true business impact.
Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by testing new platforms, beta features, and innovative digital marketing strategies.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience specifically in performance marketing or growth roles.
Proven Track Record: A portfolio or case studies demonstrating previous success in scaling accounts and improving performance metrics.
Education: Minimum qualification of 12th.
Technical Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and SEO tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs).
Mindset: Analytical, proactive, and obsessed with "beating the control" through A/B testing.
