Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
Social Media & Content: Manage, schedule, and optimize content across the brand's social networks to build an active, engaged community.
Email Marketing: Design and execute promotional emails and newsletters to nurture leads and retain customers.
Data & Analytics: Monitor metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, Bounce Rate, ROAS) using analytics tools and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
Website Management: Update web content, landing pages, and optimize user experience (UX) to drive higher conversions.
Essential Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in digital or content marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms like WordPress).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot are a major plus.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop) or marketing automation is highly valued.
