Job Description :

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and improve brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.

• Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance metrics.

• Generate quality leads through search, display, remarketing, and social media campaigns.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

• Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve ROI.

• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Coordinate with the content and design teams for ad creatives and marketing materials.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Understanding of lead generation, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in A/B testing and performance marketing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.

• Google Ads and Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
