We are seeking a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be instrumental in executing our digital marketing strategies, managing various online channels, and analyzing performance data to optimize our online presence and help achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
Content & Social Media: Create, write, and optimize engaging content for the company website, social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), and email newsletters.
SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and implement search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against set goals (ROI and KPIs).
Optimization: Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the data, including running A/B and multivariate tests and optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., design, sales, content creators) and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and align digital efforts with broader business goals.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, suggesting new ways to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Hands-on experience managing PPC and social media advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
