We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Kokan Kala V A Shikshan Vikas Sanstha to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.

• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

• Plan and execute crowdfunding campaigns

• Create compelling digital content and campaign stories

• Manage social media, email outreach, and online promotions

• Track campaign performance and share insights

Collaborate with internal teams to drive meaningful impact

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta/Facebook, HubSpot, etc.) is an added advantage

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to create and understand digital content and campaigns

• Basic understanding of crowdfunding platforms (for NGO roles)

• Strong interest in social media trends and digital tools

• Strong communication and storytelling skills

• Passion for social impact and fundraising

• It is a Full Time డిజిటల్ మార్కెటింగ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
