Job Summary

Jvees Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The candidate will be responsible for SEO, SMO, email marketing, lead generation, content creation, post design, and basic video creation to support branding and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities

Keyword research and content optimization

Improve website ranking, traffic, and performance

Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console

🔹 SMO (Social Media Optimization)

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create and schedule engaging posts and creatives

Increase followers, reach, and engagement

Analyze social media insights and improve strategies

🔹 Email Marketing

Create and execute email marketing campaigns

Design email templates and write engaging content

Manage mailing lists and campaign performance

Improve open rates and conversions

🔹 Lead Generation

Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns

Run paid ads (Google Ads / Social Media Ads – basic to intermediate level)

Track leads and coordinate with the sales team

Optimize campaigns for better ROI

🔹 Content & Post Creation

Create marketing content for websites, ads, and social media

Develop captions, banners, and promotional posts

Ensure brand consistency across all content

🔹 Video Creation

Create short promotional videos and reels

Edit basic videos for social media and campaigns

Coordinate with design and branding requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Knowledge of SEO, SMO, email marketing, and lead generation

Basic understanding of graphic design & video editing tools

Good written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with analytical thinking

Tools Knowledge (Preferred)

Google Analytics, Google Search Console

Canva, Photoshop (basic)

Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads

Email tools (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.)

Video editing tools (basic level)
