JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel and its services.

• Manage and update the hotel's social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.

• Create engaging content, posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

• Handle paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.

• Generate leads and bookings through digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage online hotel promotions, offers, packages, and special events.

• Monitor website performance, traffic, leads, and online conversions.

• Implement basic SEO activities to improve the hotel's online visibility.

• Coordinate with the photography/design/content team for marketing materials.

• Monitor online reviews and customer engagement across digital platforms.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular digital marketing reports.

• Research competitors and identify new digital marketing opportunities.

• Work closely with the Sales and Hotel Operations teams to support business and revenue targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing; hotel/hospitality experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO.

• Experience in content creation and social media management.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and digital marketing tools.

• Good communication and creative thinking skills.

• Strong understanding of online customer engagement and lead generation.

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.

• Knowledge of Canva or basic graphic designing will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, creative, and target-oriented.
