Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing paid digital campaigns and driving lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimisation.

- Track key metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.

- Coordinate with creative/content teams to improve campaign performance.

- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimisation strategies.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Strong analytical skills and understanding of digital marketing metrics.

- Experience in D2C, healthcare, edtech, fintech, or consumer services is preferred.
