Job Responsibilities:

• Develop business in Export and Domestic markets

• Identify and develop new customers

• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and emails

• Prepare and send quotations

• Regular follow-up with customers for orders and payments

• Maintain customer relationships and achieve sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution

Key Requirements:

• Good command of English (written & spoken)

• High confidence level with a bold and proactive attitude

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Experience in stainless steel / alloy industry preferred

• Ability to work as a permanent, long-term team member
