Job Description

J. D. Instrumentation is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Back Office Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, promoting industrial instrumentation products online, generating customer enquiries, and providing back-office sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.

• Create and publish engaging posts, product updates, and promotional content.

• Manage the company website and support SEO activities to improve online visibility.

• Handle Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, if required.

• Generate business leads and identify potential customers in the industrial instrumentation sector.

• Send marketing emails and product catalogues to prospective customers.

• Update customer databases and maintain enquiry and lead records.

• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, customer follow-ups, and enquiry management.

• Prepare digital marketing performance reports and lead-generation reports.

• Assist with other back-office activities related to sales and marketing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant diploma holders may also apply.

• Experience: 0–2 years; freshers with good computer and communication skills can apply.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media management, and online advertising.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and internet research.

• Good written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.

• Interest in industrial products, instrumentation, and B2B marketing will be an advantage.

• Willingness to learn about flowmeters, level instruments, pressure transmitters, and other industrial products.
