Job Description

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage digital campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and support fundraising and awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with content and design teams to create impactful campaigns and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.

• Support fundraising, awareness, and social impact campaigns through digital platforms.

• Manage and grow social media channels and monitor audience engagement.

• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign creatives.

• Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication.

• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports.

• Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and analytics.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

• Suggest innovative campaign ideas to improve engagement and digital reach.

• Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field.

• Good knowledge of social media marketing and campaign execution.

• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM.

• Familiarity with Canva and digital analytics platforms.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.

• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Passion for social impact, storytelling, and digital communication.
