Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Conversion

Handle incoming inquiries from IndiaMART & Justdial
Call customers promptly and understand their requirements
Convert leads into confirmed orders
Maintain daily follow-up with interested customers

2. Product Listing & Management

Upload and update product listings (switches, wires, lights, etc.)
Ensure proper product descriptions, pricing, and images
Highlight brands like L&T, Havells, V-Guard (if applicable)

3. Customer Communication

Respond to WhatsApp, calls, and portal messages
Maintain professional communication with customers
Build long-term relationships with buyers

4. Lead Tracking & Reporting

Maintain record of inquiries, conversions, and pending leads
Share daily/weekly reports with owner/manager
Track performance (leads vs sales)

5. Promotion & Visibility

Improve product ranking on portals
Run promotional schemes/offers
Coordinate with portal representatives for better visibility
