Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
Grid Floors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in SEO, social media management, and content creation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Social Media Platform SEO and must be proficient in using AI tools to create engaging and high-performing social media content. This is an on-site role based in Noida, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment and is passionate about driving digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Lead and manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

Optimise social media platforms for SEO, including profile optimization, keyword usage, and hashtag strategies.

Create and execute engaging social media content, with a focus on creativity, relevance, and performance.

Use AI tools (such as Canva, ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) to design high-quality creatives and generate content ideas.

Monitor and analyse performance metrics using web analytics tools to refine strategies.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in SEO, Social Media Management, and Social Media Platform SEO.

Strong skills in content writing and creative storytelling for digital platforms.

Proficiency in using AI-based tools for creating social media content and creatives.

Solid understanding of digital performance metrics and analytics.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus.
