Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Expert to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in ad campaign management with a strong focus on performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.

• Monitor daily performance of campaigns and adjust strategies to improve results.

• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.

• Analyse data and provide detailed reports using Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

• Coordinate with the design team to create ad creatives and campaign content.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in digital marketing and ad platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in running digital ad campaigns.

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and analytics tools.

• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking, and audience behavior.

• Ability to manage campaign budgets and achieve set goals.

• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
