Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, drive traffic, and generate leads. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc)

• Manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.

• Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs (ROI, ROAS, engagement, etc.)

• Plan and execute content marketing initiatives (blog posts, landing pages, email newsletters, etc.)

• Optimize website content for SEO and user experience

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to produce relevant and high-performing digital assets

• Manage CRM and marketing automation tools for lead nurturing and customer retention

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing or a related role

• Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

• Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Hootsuite, or similar

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar

• Experience with eCommerce or B2B marketing

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
