Job Overview We are looking for a result-driven Meta Ads Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and optimizing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns to generate leads, increase engagement and improve overall campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Plan, create and manage Facebook and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns Conduct audience research and targeting based on demographics, interests and behavior Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversions and ROI Perform A/B testing to identify the best-performing ads, creatives and audiences Coordinate with the design and marketing team for ad creatives and campaign strategy Track campaign performance and prepare daily / weekly reports and insights Manage and optimize campaign budgets effectively Ensure ads are aligned with the overall marketing goals and lead generation objectives .
