Job Responsibilities

· Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)

· Manage and optimize paid ads (Meta Ads – lead generation, traffic, conversions)

· Create engaging content ideas for social media posts, reels, stories, and creatives

· Handle social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and ensure daily activity

· Develop and manage content calendar for social media platforms

· Write attractive captions, ad copies, and hashtags

· Coordinate with counsellors and internal team for campaign and content planning

· Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and optimize campaigns

· Basic SEO work including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization

· Work on website updates, landing pages, and basic performance tracking

· Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and algorithms

Required Skills

· Meta Ads expertise (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

· Content creation and content strategy

· Social media management skills

· SEO expert

· Good understanding of digital marketing funnels

· Creative mindset with analytical thinking

· Good English communication skills

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Tools

· Meta Business Suite

· Canva

· Google Analytics / Google Search Console

· CapCut / InShot

· Basic SEO tools (Ubersuggest, SEMrush – optional)

Preferred Qualifications

· Graduate / Diploma in Digital Marketing

· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and social media platforms

· Experience in education or service-based industry is a plus
