Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in SEO, Social Media Optimization (SMO), backlink building, content marketing, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning and executing strategies that improve search rankings, generate quality traffic, increase customer engagement, and strengthen the company's digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and implement effective On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO strategies.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.

• Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, URL structures, and internal linking.

• Improve website rankings and organic traffic through strategic SEO initiatives.

• Monitor search engine algorithm updates and implement necessary improvements.

• Manage website indexing, XML sitemaps, schema markup, and technical SEO enhancements.

• Track keyword rankings and provide actionable recommendations for growth.

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

• Manage and optimize social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies.

• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.

• Generate performance reports and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Backlink Building & Off-Page SEO

• Execute white-hat link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.

• Perform guest posting, business listings, directory submissions, profile creation, and partnership outreach.

• Build and maintain high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority.

• Monitor backlink profiles and remove harmful links when necessary.

• Identify new opportunities to strengthen website authority and online reputation.

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

• Support content marketing, email marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.

• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to execute campaigns effectively.

• Assist in online reputation management and brand-building activities.

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign and SEO performance.

• Track KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads, conversions, and ROI.

• Provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Optimization.

• Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.

• Experience with backlink creation and outreach campaigns.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or Ubersuggest.

• Experience managing social media platforms and engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure is preferred.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce and retail industry marketing.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid marketing campaigns.

• Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and automation tools.

• Experience in content marketing and online reputation management.
